Studying the Book of Proverbs has been tremendously helpful. Proverbs makes us understand that Wisdom is  THE Principal thing.  I have come to the understanding that indeed Wisdom is the Principal thing in all aspect and stages of life. Proverbs outline some qualities of Wisdom to be diligence, prudence, discretion......... The dictionary defines these as: *DISCRETION and PRUDENCE -Knowing how to avoid  embarrassment or distress OR The trait of judging  wisely and objectively. * DILIGENCE - Quietly and steadily continuing a task  despite any difficulties.  Proverbs 11:22 says "As a ring of gold in a swine's  snout, so is a lovely( beautiful) woman without  discretion."  Now this means that a woman without discretion has  no wisdom and has not the ability to avoid disgrace or  make informed decisions. The beauty of a woman is in  her wisdom. Proverbs 12:4 reveals that, an excellent wife is the  crown of her husband.  Ladies your real beauty will show after you have  spoken
